Explain the offer before decorating it
A visitor should quickly understand what your business does and who it helps. Write a direct opening statement, then support it with specific services. Avoid relying on a rotating slideshow to communicate essential information. A customer may never see every slide.
Give each service useful detail
Describe the problem the service addresses, the work included and the inputs needed from the customer. Explain your process and any important exclusions. Where pricing depends on scope, show which factors affect a quote rather than inventing a standard price.
Build a clear enquiry route
Use an obvious contact action in navigation and at relevant points in the content. Ask only for information needed to respond: contact details, service interest and a short project description. Explain what happens after submission. Test validation, success messages and whether the business actually receives the enquiry.
Use evidence you can verify
Choose genuine portfolio examples with a short explanation of the brief and your contribution. Confirm permission before publishing client names or testimonials. A small collection of relevant, accurate examples is more convincing than a large gallery without context.
Check mobile and accessibility
Review menus, forms and buttons on smaller screens. Text must remain readable when enlarged; images need useful alternative text when they convey information. Check heading structure and keyboard navigation. Automated checks can reveal problems, but they do not replace testing the important tasks yourself.
Treat launch as a checklist
Review page titles, descriptions, links, image weight and redirects. Test the enquiry journey again after going live. Keep a record of who will maintain content, forms, backups and updates. ANSTM connects website planning, design and content around the customer action your business needs.
