Choose a goal before a posting schedule

Posting frequently is an activity, not a business outcome. Decide whether your current priority is explaining a new service, attracting qualified enquiries or supporting existing customers. Different priorities require different content and different measures.

Turn customer questions into content themes

Collect questions from sales conversations, messages and support requests. Group them into themes such as service education, examples of work, process, common objections and offers. Each theme should help someone understand or evaluate your business.

Give every post a purpose

For each planned piece, record the intended audience, key point, format, evidence and next action. Some posts should answer a question without asking for an enquiry. Others can explain a specific offer. Avoid attaching the same sales message to every topic regardless of context.

Create a workable production rhythm

Agree who supplies information, writes copy, creates visuals and approves publication. Plan photography and video around multiple useful assets, rather than improvising a separate production for every post. Keep space for timely questions and announcements.

Plan for the conversation after publication

Social media management includes handling replies and enquiries. Define which questions can be answered directly, which need escalation and who follows up with prospective customers. Avoid asking people to share private account or payment information publicly.

Review what helped the business

Compare content themes using measures suited to their purpose. Saves can indicate usefulness; relevant messages and enquiry quality can indicate commercial interest. Review the actual customer questions as well as numbers. Use what you learn to improve the next plan. ANSTM brings planning, copy, design and production into one coordinated social media workflow.
